STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY
Brevard Bikes warrants every new Brevard Bikes electric bicycle to be free from manufacturer defects in material and/or workmanship provided that the product is used in a standard and controlled manner, and maintained according to its owner’s manual.
This warranty is valid in the United States only and applies to the person or entity that originally purchased the product from Brevard Bikes or its authorized dealers in the United States (not transferable to a subsequent purchaser). The warranty period commences upon the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase from an authorized Brevard Bikes dealer and photo/video evidence of the defect are required to receive the warranty support.
What is covered by this warranty?
Brevard Bikes Bikes warrants every new Brevard Bikes product against defects in material and/or workmanship as follows:
Limited ONE (1) Year Components Warranty
Brevard Bikes electric bicycle: frame, suspension fork, stem, handlebar, headset, LCD display, seat post, saddle, brake levers, cables, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, chain, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, calipers, shifter, brake discs/rotors, brake/shifter cables, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, kickstand, grips, head and tail lights, rear rack, fenders, reflectors, and hardware;
Limited SIX (6) Month Lithium-Ion Battery
Lithium-Ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a SIX (6) month period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance, misuse, normal wear or water damage.
Limited 30 Days Full Replacement Warranty
If an Brevard Bikes product is not working properly because of a major manufacturer defect within the first 30 days of original purchase, Brevard Bikes Bike will repair or replace any defective product at its sole option and expense upon determining whether the damage, failure, or loss is due to a major manufacturer defect. Brevard Bikes will first issue replacement parts for a reasonable number of tries (as determined by Brevard Bikes). If the product does not function properly after the parts replacement attempts, Brevard Bikes will send a full replacement bicycle or scooter upon receipt and inspection of the original product and replacement parts.
Brevard Bikes reserves the right to charge 25% of the product price in case the original product is returned in a bad manner, with the insufficient protective material, not in accordance with the instructions provided by Brevard Bikes, or shows signs of excessive use, neglect, dirt, dust. A full replacement product will be issued only after such fee is paid in full.
Limited 7 DAYS Shipping Damages Coverage
Brevard Bikes will repair or replace the parts damaged during shipping at its sole option provided that such damage is documented on the bill of lading and reported to the dealer or Brevard Bikes within the first 7 days after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the box and the product at the time of delivery, take pictures of any damage and keep all packaging and paperwork until the damage claim process is complete.
What is NOT covered by this warranty?
- -- Brevard Bikes product without presented proof of purchase from an authorized Brevard Bikes dealer AND photo/video evidence of the defect;
- -- Brevard Bikes product purchased from an unauthorized Brevard Bikes dealer;
- -- Brevard Bikes product with an expired warranty period;
- -- Brevard Bikes product transferred to a subsequent purchaser or owner;
- -- normal wear and tear (scrapes, scratches, etc.);
- -- consumables (components that are subject to a short life and periodic replacement due to their functions including, but not limited to tires, tubes, brake pads, spokes, alkaline batteries, saddle covering, paint, mineral oil, and other lubricants);
- -- assembly or tune-up fees;
- -- costs associated with inspection, labor, packaging material, shipping of warranted products;
- -- damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, improper assembly, use of incompatible and non-original parts, improper maintenance, storage, and transportation, alterations, modifications, acts of God, accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, water damage, operator’s error, commercial activities, extreme or excessive riding, and other types of non-standard use;
- -- damage or defects resulting from an attempted repair unless performed by an authorized Brevard Bikes Dealer with Brevard Bikes’s knowledge and approval;
- -- damage or defects caused by flood, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, brownouts or sags (damage due to low voltage disturbances).
How to obtain warranty support?
Make sure to have the following available: original bill of sale with unexpired warranty period (proof of purchase), photo/video evidence of the defective part or product, and main product information (such as model, serial number, battery voltage, motor wattage).
Read the respective manual and FAQs for troubleshooting and repair instructions. If the solution is not found, contact the authorized Brevard Bikes Bike dealer (seller) from whom you purchased your product and report an issue. As your number one resource, the dealer shall evaluate the problem, provide instructions for troubleshooting and make attempts at resolving it.
If the issue is deemed as manufacture defect in materials and/or workmanship, please have your dealer contact Brevard Bikes to begin warranty process. Brevard Bikes shall repair or replace parts that are found by Brevard Bikes to be defective and covered by the limited warranty.
If within the warranty period, identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, Brevard Bikes reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Replacement products may be new or reconditioned. All products that are replaced will become the property of Brevard Bikes and must be returned upon request. Any item repaired or replaced under these terms will be covered by the limited warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Terms of warranty published on the Brevard Bikes Website are considered current and controlling when a warranty claim is made. In no event shall Brevard Bikes Bikes be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.
Brevard Bikes reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim.

Your bike will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days, typically between 24-48 hours of the purchase.
SHIPPING FOR ACCESSORIES:
We source high quality products, and to do that we work with suppliers from around the world. The suppliers we work with typically will ship items out within one to five business days from the time you place your order. As soon as your item ships you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to know exactly where your order is in our shipping process. With the current delays due to the COVID pandemic, it takes 10 to 20 days for your items to arrive.
Once the item been shipped, you will receive the tracking number immediately to the email provided to us during checkout.
For orders to Alaska, we can arrange shipping using a freight service or refer you to a local dealer.
WHO SHIPPED MY PRODUCT & IS THE SHIPMENT INSURED?
Most of the time, FedEx Ground Service will be used to ship your order. Except for larger orders which may be shipped by a trucking freight service.
Your shipment is fully insured against liability of damage. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf and work with you to find a resolution to the issue as best as we can.
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you via e-mail to either refund the order or ship a similar product upon request.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of product cost (minus shipping). Because the nature of our items can sometimes take a little bit to process, we always start return eligibility from the date of delivery. If the error is due to Brevard Bikes we will likely cover the cost of the return shipping.
Merchandise must be in unused condition, with all parts that came with the order and original packaging for a full refund.
Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval of said return from Brevard Bikes. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of Brevard Bikes, a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.
Approved returns have their choice of store credit, exchange, or refund.
Please note return processing can take on average anywhere from 10-30 days upon delivery back to us. Most times return refunds are processed way faster than that.
Items that have been physically damaged, or show signs of use and ware may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If we cannot issue a refund to the original form of payment, we can gladly offer store credit or an exchange.
Misused or improperly cared for items (such as being left out in the elements, or signs of abuse) are not eligible for a refund.
Refused Items: If it's the fault of Brevard Bikes, you will be fully credited and or items will be reshipped at our expense.
NOTE: ALL RETURN HAS TO CAME WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX. DESPITE OF ANY DAMAGE TO THE BOX. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXTRA FEE OR WRAPPING FEE IS THE ORIGINAL BOX IS LOST OR THROWN AWAY.
To make sure your order is shipped quickly and arrived quickly, Cancellations can be made within 24 hours starting from the time of the order is confirmed. Any order that gets canceled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees + up to a 25% restocking fee as well.
